Jimmy oversees Sunshine Investment’s Real Estate and Mortgage Loans departments with a seasoned eye for opportunity and a commitment to excellence. With roots in real estate dating all the way back to 1979, Jimmy initially honed his skills as a licensed agent within a property management firm before establishing Sunshine Investment to serve clients more directly. Known for his deep market insights and strategic approach, he is the backbone of Sunshine Investment.

Lynn heads the Property Management department at Sunshine Investment, bringing a hands-on approach to maintaining properties at the highest standard. With her team’s expertise and high standards for ensuring satisfaction for both the tenant and property owner, she ensures that every residence is looked after and every tenant feels supported. Lynn is a proactive problem solver who’s committed to delivering quality service and ensuring that each job is done right!
